Riadh was very responsive and did an excellent job fixing my sliding patio door glass. He provided a same day estimate and quote that was very reasonable. He ordered the glass the same day and even cleaned up the broken glass. Awesome service very friendly and followed all Covid protocol wearing a mask. I would definitely utilize this service again.

Wow! Super responsive, professional and effective! When is the last time you created a fairly big problem and then had it fixed in about an hour? @12 noon I slammed a door and broke a pane of glass. @12:15 I started to try to find someone who could fix it thinking, “how am I going to find someone to come out today? What are we going to do without glass in the door etc,” Old Town glass called me right back and was at our home within 15 mins. The door was fixed less than 30 mins later. I was so impressed by R’s (didn’t get the spelling of his name) responsiveness and willingness to come out for such a small job. Quality work for a fair price. Riadh was amazing, professional, not too costly and fast . So let me tell you what happened… A few weeks ago my basement sliding door was found shattered. I’m not sure how it happened, a dog a deer a person. But all I know is as soon as I called Oldtown Glass They were on the job and fast. I was not charge for a consultation. And they were at my house after the call within two hours. I live in Waldorf Maryland self it was not a 15 minute drive LOL. It was about a 45 minute drive. He came, he saw, and was gone with the specifications for the price of the glass and the size within 30 minutes. A week later he came and installed my glass door within the hour. He was very communicative and he made sure that he Let me know when he was on the way and when he arrived. Amazing price I paid about $500 total for the door and the installation combined. He was very cleanly and made sure that my glass that shattered was all cleaned up and he made sure he wore a mask and he came in my house and get 6 feet social distancing. Thanks again to his professionalism and skill . He got this done for me and I appreciate them for it
